BASIC ECHO COURSE (APRIL - JUNE 2025)

Service Description

OUR COURSE: As a core competency of a cardiac sonographer, the course provides a foundation for the understanding of cardiovascular and thoracic anatomy, basic pathophysiology, and hemodynamics, which would allow them to recognize normal and abnormal cardiovascular structure and function as well as abnormal blood flow. The course emphasizes the need for understanding the basic echocardiographic principles and dynamics to properly handle the echo machine and be able to perform the different basic echocardiographic procedures based on a standard protocol. This program optimizes technology to maximize student engagement and harness skills acquisition with experts in the field utilizing modern teaching techniques.
